Richard took care of my siblings and I during the loss of our father. He worked with us in every single area and was so very understanding. Everything for the funeral was 10 out of 10. The front desk woman, Genia was also so very helpful. She went out of her way several times to help us. I also purchased a thumbprint necklace from them and it turned out beautiful. Was mailed directly to my home in Seattle Washington in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough. This funeral home felt more like family than strangers. Thank you Bob Neal and Sons. My grandmother's funeral was handled very professionally and the staff helped tremendously with the grieving process. They payed attention to details that were requested by myself and family; along with capturing how her life really was a celebration. We were very pleased with the services provided. High recommended.

NEVER use them! Refused to take my Mothers life insurance from a Nationally know company. Made us pay upfront. Thank God my stepfather had it. Then....I said clear nail polish....they used peach...then...they got LOST transporting her body to our hometown. So late....my Mother was almost late for her visitation. I have lost many people in my, but this horrific experience only made the grieving process harder.
