Sergio was absolutely wonderful. Very compassionate and caring. We were driving from Tyler and an accident ahead had us stopped for half an hour so we let him know we’d be late. He accommodated us without hesitation. It’s a very hard time when you have lost a loved one but Sergio made it the best possible situation it could be. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

During the most difficult time of my life, Bluebonnet Hills made difficult decisions more bearable. The office is beautiful and we were promptly greeted upon walking through the doors. Tony was very professional and offered his sincere condolences and helped us navigate uncharted territory. He was personable and understanding and listened to our needs and made things happen accordingly. At a time like this, it was extremely challenging to even acknowledge all the decisions that had to be made. Since I have never done anything like this before, I had an appointment here and another place to search out the right spot for my precious daughter. Bluebonnet Hills was an easy choice. The accommodations at Bluebonnet are well worth the expenses and I am more than pleased. Tony took us on a tour of the grounds to see available plots. The cemetery is well maintained, well kept and peaceful. The plots are in groups with comforting names, there are beautiful flowers, trees, and shrubs that are all well-maintained throughout and even a spot called the Mausoleum for those that prefer to lay to rest their loved one above ground, or if you choose cremation for your loved one, there are beautiful ways Bluebonnet Hills can display cremation memorials. I was so impressed with the comfort and serenity of the cemetery grounds. I feel like I will spend a lot of time having picnics and enjoying time here with the memories of my beautiful daughter next to her place of rest for many years to come. I miss her deeply and Tony and Bluebonnet Hills provided both comfort for my family and also a beautiful place to visit and honor my daughter’s legacy.

If the service we received from the Family Services Counselor (Matt Parker) is any indication of the rest of the staff at Blue Bonnet Hills, rest assured anyone who hires them during trying times, such as these, will be in great hands. Losing my great aunt, Myrl Elaine Anderson Parker, was incredibly difficult, so I'm grateful for the support we received from Family Services Counselor, Matt Parker at Blue Bonnet Hills in Colleyville. In addition to counseling us through the emotions of the day we buried her, Matt went above and beyond to help us find another loved one who passed away in the early 1980s. His kindness and patience were truly remarkable. He listened as we shared our memories and emotions, guiding us through the process with compassion. Despite the heaviness of the day, Matt's warmth and sense of humor even brought smiles and laughter, providing moments of comfort amidst the sorrow. Fortunately, I did not have to plan this funeral however; I have had to plan family funerals at The National Cemetary in Dallas, TX. Both places are beautiful yet Bluebonnet Hills definitely gave a far more personalized experience without being rushed to leave the graveside until we were ready. Matt's dedication to providing personalized care made a challenging time a little easier to bear. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of support during their time of loss.
