She was so caring, patient, and genuine. She walked me through every step of the process, explaining everything, what steps to take, forms to fill out, documents I may need. She even sent a handbook with a check list for all my loved ones affairs that may need to be handled afterward as well. I felt so blessed the Universe brought them to me with such compassion. I will always be grateful for their help and for Crystal who did everything with me via phone and email while I juggled everything else.
