My dad passed away almost 2 months ago, and during that tough time, Wayne and his team were amazing. Wayne's professionalism, empathy, and kindness made a difficult time easier. He’s was always available and answered the tons of questions we asked. He took the time to listen to our requests, learn about my dad's life, and provided us with several options to make sure we were satisfied with everything. My dad passed away and we had the wake and funeral services at BizUp-Quinlan Funeral home. The funeral direction, Wayne was excellent explaining all my options, different caskets and services. He took his time with me and was very patient with my decision making. Also, my dad looked great at the wake as I normally hate open caskets, but they did a great job with the make up and his appearance. It was a very difficult day, but this place made is super easy for me and I sincerely appreciate their help, empathy and patience with me.
