The directors and staff were very helpful, polite and sensitive to our mothers passing. Very professional guiding us through the planning process and even afterwards letting us know they were there if we had any concerns or needed counseling. We knew over the phone by the way they treated us. we wanted to bring my Dad here. Dad did not want a full service Funeral. Nathaniel met with us and help us go through everything and handled things outside of the funeral home. Even the Obituary in the newspaper back home As. We have not had to do this in over 30 years we were a bit lost on what needed to be done . Everyone there was helpful Caring. Sympathetic. Knowing it was difficult on us and especially my Mother. We had a short private viewing before cremation. They placed a flag over him as he was a Marine. They allowed his stuff doggy to finish the journey with him. This is where my mother wants to go when it is her time. And even after everything is finished we are still given information on grief counseling. So the amount of caring does not end.
