2- years ago this November 30th my mother unexpectedly passed. One of her church elders jumped in, as I was distraught, and had these self centered folks at Bill-McGauh & Hamilton home Funeral Home pick her remains up and have her cremated as was her desire. Two things transpired that upset me due to my mother's beliefs for one. As a Jehovah's Witness (she had been all of her life) she did not celebrate Christmas and was opposed to the PAGAN celebrations and greed that the holiday gave birth too. They put a glass trinket of some sort on their Christmas Tree with her name inscribed on. Then presented me with a bill that was several times the amount that I could have had the cremation done elsewhere. This is the third time over the last two decades that I have filed complaints for their 1. failure to honor here religious beliefs and 2. grifting me, her only surviving family. No attempt has been provided to send me her cremains after these two decades, I al left to believe that her cremains are still lying somewhere in these greedy thoughtless people's building- somewhere she lies, somewhere my mother after two decades still sits on a shelf I assume- as there are no other family to claim her cremains- I being the sole surviving family she had left. Will they respond now? It would be nice to provide me with her cremains so I can honor her life appropriately.

Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home was a Blessing during the passing of my husband Paul. Emily was AMAZING she was so loving and caring. She helped me with everything I needed. Their service was handled with Excellence. I would defiantly recommend this Funeral Home for anyone who has a Love one to pass. The aftercare program is so informative.

Dennis and his team helped my sister and I through a tough time when we lost our mother. We had never been through anything in which you had to plan and deal with so much pain from losing a loved one. Dennis didn't try to take advantage of the situation, he only made it about what we wanted for our mother and did so with no judgment at all. Not only the wonderful service that we did in honor of our mom but her knowing such a honest and wonderful man helped us with her final arrangements, without a doubt helped her rest easy.
