I had my mother’s memorial service yesterday at their chapel. Everything went well. My mother passed away in March 2021. I had her cremated by a different facility. Due to the pandemic, I postponed the memorial service until September 2021. I visited a few facilities in the area to find out the cost of having a memorial service in a funeral home. I wanted it to be in the Duluth area. Bill Head was the most reasonable of all that I looked at. The chapel itself is very nice. The sound system and the electronic piano were great. They were very helpful with any and all of my requests. I just needed the facility to have the service. I knew exactly how I wanted the service to go. I employed the officiant. My whole family and guests were pleased with the service and our experience at Bill Head Duluth.

We were very pleased with the service and care we received from my mother’s death and my brother in law’s. The employees were kind and considerate and understood our sadness. They wanted to make sure all of our desires were met, and they were. I also helped recently with a friend’s arrangements. The employees went out of their way to help us with certain requests. I would strongly recommend Bill Head Funeral Home.

There are not enough thank yous and words to express what this family owned business did for our family during the hardest time of our lives. They went above and beyond, and they comforted us every step of the way. The compassion and sympathy shown to us and our relatives and friends made the experience so much easier to get through because they literally handled everything. They truly are the best at what they do and it is a God given gift, they know how to take care of people during such a tragic time. Our love for them will be remembered in our hearts always for the steps taken to help us get through losing my husband and 6 children losing their father at such young ages. We are so blessed to have known this family who owns Bill Head Funeral Homes.
