I had an aunt to pass in March and she allowed a family member that wasn't an heir to come in there and stated at my Aunt didn't have any heirs left and allow for this individual to make fraudulent claims I wouldn't allow for Bill Claire mortuary to bury my dog do not bring your family members there if you want with his best for your loved ones. My aunt's been deceased over a month and we still haven't received her death certificates. Why should I have to pay for more money for death certificates, when I paid for the one's I have paid for with you all, and if you wasn't so money hungry you would not have allowed for fraudulent information to be put on my aunt's death certificates. Oh and by the way I never did receive my receipt for the money I paid for the certificates, but that's alright, because I documented record with my bank

After paying for my husband's funeral, Bill allowed my inlaws to bully him into giving them his remains. He did not mail the ashes to me as he told me he would do. If you lose a loved one - be mindful, he will shred any evidence of you paying for the funeral, although the contract in the file shows exactly who paid for the funeral. Nothing he or his wife does will bring closure to my kids. Be mindful when dealing with this business. Next of Kin means nothing to them. They're easily bullied into breaking every single policy outlined, that would prevent issues such as these from happening! My dad's funeral was a nightmare over 30 years ago at this funeral home, to see history repeat itself is disheartening. Some things never change.

We were told the funeral was at 11am. I even confirmed it with the wife over the home. YET day of service they started at 10am and placed our mother in the ground when NO family was there. They knew our numbers when it came to making payments but day of service when they saw NO ONE there at 10am they didn’t think to call us. Honestly feel like we should get our money back for the lack of care, communication, and services not provided. I just don’t have the energy to fight b/c we are grieving over our mother. But I would not recommend using their service. And they had no remorse or words when we called and inquired on the matter
