We recently entrusted Biggers Funeral Home with the arrangements for my father's passing. Jason Rand served as our director, guiding us from start to finish. As my mother and I were new to handling funeral arrangements directly, Jason patiently led us through each step, ensuring we understood everything thoroughly. He took the time to connect with us on a personal level, discerning our needs and concerns. Throughout the process, Jason created a supportive environment, never imposing any pressure on us. Jason's dedication extended beyond our expectations. Despite the funeral being scheduled just a week out, he made sure my father was prepared for an open casket viewing before the service, providing us with regular updates along the way. Furthermore, as my father's burial site was over two hours away, Jason took it upon himself to personally transport him, despite it being his originally scheduled day off. Jason's commitment was truly remarkable, and he consistently maintained his high standard of care. Although funerals are inherently somber occasions, Jason's efforts made the experience comfortable and dignified for my mother, me, and our entire family.
