Met with the Kevin today for my sister's cremation. he is super condescending. pushes his Catholic views for ceremony. and will only address the ones paying for the service with respect. otherwise he won't acknowledge you're in the room. asks patronizing questions and is clearly bias. hopefully you're a white male when coming to this funeral home because that's all he will help.

We just had our tiny little Jolene Teacup Poodle cremated here. We waited while the process took place in the funeral home and Kevin helped us through everything and we were comfortable sitting on the sofa.
