I could write a book on the service & treatment my family received.. But all I will say is when you die you won’t be able to take any MONEY with you this goes to the director of the funeral home. Yes I agree you have to make your money for the services you provide but the lack of empathy you display in the profession you are in because all you see is the dollar sign is a DISGRACE… 1 of my MAIN issues if/when you call the funeral home to get any kind of information there are people answering the phones (a +) but you can’t get any information on anything… Every time you call you will be told I will pass your message/question on to Christine… & she will get back to you & Christine is the PROBLEM… The fewer interactions with Christine this funeral home would be 1/2 way decent…. Though she wasn’t rude to me on the phone (cause all I could do is call cause I live in GA) She treated my family badly. My aunt went to RI after my dad passed to see his body @ the funeral home & wasn’t allowed because no payment was received yet! Really??? That’s how you do a grieving family member… I will not say anymore… But I will say my dad got no service because of how this funeral home operated. I am disgusted I / we have no closure since my father passed on 5/29/24 & never will this funeral home made this passing of a dear & very close family member a pure tragedy… & simply because of GREED… Money that we was & did pay but needed a little extra time to come up with….

I was my father's oldest child through a legal adoption and his legal next of kin. His burial policy named the funeral home as the beneficiary. He did not have a will. My father had visited me in another state just months prior to his death. After his passing my brother and I arrived at the funeral home to discuss my father's military flag. The Funeral Director/Owner refused to talk to us. She was disrespectful and rude. She named another woman who was my father's step daughter who was never legally adopted and was NOT a legal relative as the person to receive his flag. We were not even allowed to contribute to his obituary, but this non-relative was. Because the funeral director was friends with this woman and was not a friend of mine or my brother, she totally disrespected my father's legal family of myself and my younger brother who is my father's only true biological child. The funeral director/owner did not even make a place for us as the family in the procession line. No morals. No respect. Would not trust them.

Worst experience ever.. Totally unprofessional .NEVER WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THE POOR EXCUSE FOR A FEUNERAL HOME. If I had read reviews !!! I dont live in the area but my daughter that passed did.. How the director remains in business is surprising.
