The staff at Beers and Story helped us to ease the worry and sorrow of planning and following through with our mom's funeral events. From Mom's wake, to her church service, and finally to the Veteran's Cemetary, Crystal and her team explained the process and helped us plan services to honor our mom. Crystal and her team executed all of details with dignity and compassion.

I recently had the sad experience of losing a loved one. l called Beers&Story Funeral Home on a Sunday and received an immediate call back. They were very gracious and helped me navigate the requirements needed to meet my partners wished. I could not have asked for more and I did not experience any pressure to pursue anything more then her wishes. Christy and Julie were both a great help and not only during the process but have followed up with me on many occasions afterwards. This is my second experience with them once in Belchertown and once in South Hadley and both times were as pleasant an experience as could be under the circumstances.

They were very nice and gave me a variety of options. Were patient and friendly giving me plenty of time to choose from all the options. Great folks to work with when you need to connect with a funeral home. Had some of my family with me and they were impressed with the kindness shown. Alyssa and her team were so helpful during this difficult time.
