Didn't decide to go through yet (just discussing options and quotes so far), but Christian has been outstandingly helpful and polite the entire time. He was even willing to stay past closing hours to help us out! Very clear, professional, and overall awesome service. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside office is very nice, and the chapels available (the service is obviously not at this location) are all very attractive price and appearance-wise. We came to Beddingfield earlier this year because we had a horrible experience with another funeral home in Sunnyvale, CA. I was making arrangements from out of state and needed to find a new service after trying to use the place that my aunt had pre-paid arrangements with. I first spoke with Christian who connected me with Tom Beddingfield. They were both so understanding of the state I was in after dealing with the other facility and just wanted to help. They immediately started working on my aunt's arrangements and took care of every detail. They were so calming, compassionate and efficient. Christian came to our graveside service and was warm and professional. I can't recommend Beddingfield's highly enough. They completely understand how stressful this process is and are so professional with every contact you'll have with them. Tom really went above and beyond to help me navigate disassociating with the other facility who was trying to take advantage of us. He was completely professional and discrete in his handling of the situation. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found them. Don't hesitate to entrust your loved one's arrangements with this business; their professionalism, compassion and warm demeanor will make navigating the funeral so much easier and bearable. Where do I begin? If I could give Beddingfield Funeral Service, specifically Tom, ten stars, I would! After losing my father earlier this year, my family and I visited a funeral home in Downtown San Jose and that was a horrible experience, so then I reached out to a very dear and trustworthy friend of the family who referred us to Tom at Beddingfield Funeral Service and from the get-go, Tom was professional, super knowledgeable of our Catholic traditions, courteous, transparent, reliable, and I can just go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Tom during such a difficult time in my and my family’s life. Tom listened to our wishes and was always so responsive. He simply made things happen for us to ensure we gave my father the proper send off he wished for and deserved.
