Everyone at Beck’s was so easy to work with. We met with Chad who helped the planning for the cremation arrangements with my mom so easy to understand. He answered all our questions and made us feel assured we were working with the right funeral home. When Beck’s services were needed Chris let me know step by step what was going to happen. He called me within an hour of my mom’s passing to let me know he was going to get her and take her to get her prepared. I met with him to sign the finalized paperwork and they did the rest. Beck’s took care of all the needed paperwork and the death certificates for us. A month later I was contacted by Elizabeth who was just checking up on us asking if we were doing ok and see if we needed anything. I have been and will continue to recommend Beck’s for their cremation services. We couldn’t be happier with how easy the process was and how well we were treated. Their customer service is amazing!!

Chris was very kind and compassionate. My mom’s service was a half hour visitation for family then a graveside service. My mom looked beautiful. She would have approved. We didn’t have a minister so he found one for us. I had many comments that this was one of the best funeral sermons they had heard. I am so thankful for Chris. He had everything done perfectly.

I cant thank Beck Cremation enough for all they have done for me and my family. It started at the hospital and to the end of picking up the cremation Beck called let me know they picked up my brother and he is in there hands. Then we made appointment with them to talk about all our options they told us every step and give us choice we want to do then few months later they reached out to us and asked how we doing and if we needed anything.
