I recently lost my Mother of 91 years. My parents did me the biggest favor by prepaying for all the funeral expenses. I recommend everyone to consider doing the same. When I first contacted Beaver Urich Funeral Home I had absolutely no idea how I was going to get everything done in such a short time. I was totally overwhelmed and certainly not in the right frame of mind to plan a funeral. However, within minutes of sitting down with Liam, all my apprehension disappeared. He was very kind and caring, and put my mind at ease right away. In a very short time he had the obituary written, and all the visitation and funeral times in place. There were still some minor things to be done, but that was done thru email and a phone call. The whole staff was courteous and friendly, making a very difficult and emotional time go smoothly. They even brought all the flowers from the funeral home to the wake afterwards. I can't give enough thanks for their respect, thoughtfulness, and everything they did for our family. I had an amazing experience with Matt and the team at Beaver Urich Funeral Home in Lewisberry. Matt went well above and beyond to get things taken care of including bringing paperwork to me at work to get signed! From the moment they came to my home to take away my father to the service that was perfect for us to the memorial picture on the burial vault that was so touching we could not have asked for anything better. Matt really showed us how much he cared and walked us through everything with a gentle kindness. I feel so blessed to have found Matt and the Heffner team.
