Karen was a delight to work with in preparing ahead of time for funeral services. She was knowledgeable, professional and so down to earth when sharing my opinion's and making choices in the process. My appointment took 3 hours but that was on me! Karen never rushed me and gave of her time freely. Mariana assisted on the insurance part and came in last minute to complete the process as a convenience for me! Great job ladies! Bean Massey is quite fortunate to have you both on their team!!

Denise Melchor held our hand during one of our families hardest times,she walked us patiently through everything, responded to calls, emauis and text on her off days and at any hour to help our family provide our beloved grandfather honor and celebrate his memory, she reached out to VA and Military individuals as well to aline everything, she treated us like her own family and took care of anything we required. Countless days and hours she made herself available. I found great comfort in her personal care, attention to detail and her sincere compassion. She was pivitol at every step and help put our needs at ease. The memorial was personable and meaningful with her direction and help. Our loved one was is such good care and we trusted that fully with her. Even after, she took time to tall and follow up to see how we were doing and if there was anything else she could do to serve!!
