Engaging and working with Eric and Mike made the most difficult time in our lives bearable. Their sensitivity, professionalism, and patience made the services everything we wanted it to be. My brothers passing occurred in Texas, therefore presented a few logistical challenges along the way, given travel back to NY. The Overton team provided fantastic guidance and leveraged a strong network to facilitate transfer and in the most economical way. My brother lived a full life and Overton was very accommodating in ensuring we felt happy in expressing it, really allowing us to leverage the chapel to its fullest potential.
