I have attended several services at Bates and Anderson’s and have had family members taken care of by them. Tom is a very gracious and caring host. His support, concern and caring of the family’s he serves is outstanding. Our community is very fortunate, in my opinion, to have a man like Tom Bucholsky taking care of our families at Bates and Anderson’s.

They're the best. They arranged the wakes for my Grandfather and Grandmother professionally and nicely. Pictures were well maintained of grandmother were well maintained and had a big turnout in the first hour and a half giving respect and condolences to my Grandmother who I was close to during her last years after her husband my Grandfather Frank passed in 2015.

Bates and Anderson has always been a place of comfort for our family during difficult times for many years. Recently my mom passed and we again reached out for their help. We found their services accommodating, flexible and they very much listened to our concerns, requests and needs. They guided us through this difficult time which was very helpful and appreciated. I would highly recommend their services.
