The East Windsor location is terrible, no music available for the wake, my mom passed in Dec 2023 and we brought our dad to help go over the services. The woman who was supposed to meet us showed up 1/2 hour late meaning my dad and us were waiting outside in the cold After the funeral at the church the priest never showed up at the graveside, he claimed he was never given directions how to get there, funeral in East Windsor, buriel in Rockville. The book marks we ordered had my moms picture on the front and someone else's obituary on back Now it's August of 2024 and still no engraving on her stone, after several calls and promises between the funeral home and Rockville Memorials they are pointing the finger at each other and now not even returning our calls. I'd only give 1 star but they did a good job on my Mom so I'm giving them 3. Not professional at all

Because they won't call you back. I trying to find out who was paid to put year of deaf on my mother's grave. She was buried in January and still no date of deaf. Well I guess she is not dead. Where is she?

Wish I could give this place zero stars. My great grandmother passed away and the family chose to use this place for the service. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They did not publish an obituary in the paper like they got paid to do. They did not have a working tv for the picture slideshow and did not create a slideshow like they were paid to do. Having the funeral here was pretty disappointing. The staff seemed to be nice until the end of the service and you almost felt rushed out of the place. I would not recommend going here at all!
