I cannot say enough good things about Bass-Cauthern funeral home. The death of a loved one is never easy, but they went out of their way to make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. My husband was treated with dignity. Emma was so loving and so kind and so gentle we appreciate her so much. She didn’t try to sell us the most expensive thing in the store, She honored our wishes and helped us pick out an urn for my husband. When the death certificates came, she brought them to the house and again she was gentle and so kind. I highly recommend this funeral home.❤️❤️❤️

I want go into all the personal details on how you personally customize the service or arrangements, however; i can't say enough about how much I appreciate you "Emma" in making sure my loved ones service and arrangements was handled so "beautiful"!!! Everyone on both side of the families are still today talking about how "beautiful" the service was and how you guy's did such a "great service"!! That right there speaks "volume"!!! Emma was heaven-sent during such a traumatic time for my family. She was deeply compassionate, caring and gentle, and explained every step throughout the whole process. She patiently listened while we told stories in between planning and has been checking in on us periodically to see if there was anything we needed. I would highly recommend Bass-Cauthen!
