I can't say enough about the care and compassion I felt, and the way my mind was put at ease dealing with Frank. He was extraordinarily patient and kind from the very first phonecall moments after my sister passed away until every last detail was taken care of. Frank was adept at handling the challenges that arise when family members are not all in agreement. We had many questions and Frank answered them all, and was reachable and available at a moments notice. Frank is a true professional and I knew I was in good hands.
