I experienced a very smooth process with Ballard Durand Service with adequate choices and simple explanations without pressure with all aspect needed for a grand service like for a VIP. Last minute changes and request was not an issue at all. Communications was wonderful, recommendations were great and even the weather was perfect . I would say Kelcey, Tatiana and everyone were respectful and professional. A guiding hand which had made an otherwise stressful encounter a very pleasant one from the start to the very end. A complete follow up after the service was also very helpful to make sure nothing was left undone. I have no regrets in choosing Ballard-Durant with over 120 years in the business, it was a sure bet.
