Baldwin Fairchild in Altamonte Springs did an outstanding job with all of the arrangements made at the time of my fathers death. Their compassion was reflected in all their actions. Kasey, the funeral director, and Sue, who was present at and oversaw all of the events, exceeded all of my expectations as they flawlessly took care of all of the arrangements.

Baldwin Fairchild’s team, especially Kasey Fuller, completely exceeded my expectations. They managed to create such personalized services for my dad, and they made the whole process as easy for me as possible. It was just so special for my mom, me and our family and friends. They thought of special touches I would never have conceived of on my own. It was truly such a beautiful and touching way to remember my dad’s amazing life.

The worst thing a mother could go through is losing her child. But Brin Jones was exceptional! I was so worried to go to the funeral home but as soon as we met Brin & the team we felt at ease and knew our baby girl was in the best of hands! Brin went above & beyond and noticed the little things.. like my necklace of my babies footprints 👣 so she made us prayer cards with footprints on them. Or sending us a card after we had picked up our babies ashes.. Brin just helped make the whole process of laying our daughter to rest easier & we felt so supported in this time. Thank you Brin! The office staff was also incredible. Tabatha was amazing and kind! When we called the office to get initial pricing she was so calm and genuine. We called a few other funeral homes in the area and they just just didn’t compare! Meeting her in person she was just as kind as on the phone! It’s hard to choose a funeral home… BUT…. Plan with them. You won’t regret it. They will show you and your deceased loved ones the most respect.
