I went the week after my brother and grandmother had died to pick up my brother’s cremains. My stepfather had given me 16 100 hundred dollar bills to pay for the cremation. My family owed $1,550. The man at the desk said he could not make change. I gave him my credit card. He didn't know how to work the credit card machine. He turned around, laughed, and asked me if I knew how. He acted without compassion or empathy or thought that having to return to the funeral home again was not only inconvenient but made a difficult situation worse.

Jennifer was amazing to help me make arrangements and then follow through at moms funeral . I would highly recommend them, very carry and made our time of need go so much smoother and easier . They treat you like family thank you Backstrom-Pyeatte of Springdale
