My father’s passing was extremely difficult and devastating to say the least. However, I truly could not have asked for a better funeral director than Thomas who brought ease, comfort, professionalism and kindness throughout the planning process. Additionally, the day of the service having Frank a fellow veteran to welcome all family and friends was truly special. He showed compassion and a warm heart. The way the funeral home customized the service for my father exceeded expectations. The customizations brought a warmth and cozy feeling to the chapel and venue. After shopping around for funeral homes I was happy that I chose Babione West for my mother’s funeral services. The staff and funeral director were very helpful and accommodating. They had really great customizable packages and options to personalize the services for that special personal touch. Everyone in attendance remarked at how impressive the personalization of the venue was and how intimate and comfortable the setup was. Everyone was very accommodating from start to finish. All staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Even the staff at the care center was super helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to personally handle and oversee my mom’s hair, make-up and attire which made for a much more personal experience. The staff followed to the burial site and oversaw the ceremony to the very end. Everyone in attendance was very impressed at how well they brought our vision to reality and ensured everything went smoothly. They coordinated with the mausoleum staff to make sure everything was on schedule and executed beautifully. They weren’t the cheapest option for a funeral home, but definitely had more to offer and well worth it for the services and keepsake items you received. Very satisfied with my decision. Jen

Our funeral director, Dana Cappola is an exceptional representative for Babione/Dignity. Her team including Sue Dearden made so many details happen. From first moment when i was turned off to "Corporate / Sales" type environment, Dana showed my family the fact that if we communicate the details, she personally ensured that it was adhered to... for example: having female only work on my Mom's body; allowing us to witness many parts of the process (within the respectful allowable guidelines). Dana was not shy to ask, ask, ask. Sue was so patient with us getting my Mom's photos, videos and even her Chinese name properly inscribed on her urn. All these details meant the world to us and made our experience extremely personalized. Dana and Sue are true assets to the Company but more importantly a lasting treasure for our family. I am happy to be a reference should anyone need to get real feedback.
