My Uncle lived alone in Boston when he passed. Mr Spears was able to accommodate us over the phone in such a professional manner. He kept my family and I updated with new info. We even met his mother who was very lovely.

I have been meaning to write a review for AJ Spears Funeral Home for the last few months, but life has been so busy that I hadn't gotten around to it til now. Well, so many things that need to be said here and anything I write will not make justice to all the love and care my deceased loved one and my family have received. Tony Spears is an amazing soul and took care of everything from start to finish, including shipping the body to its final resting place overseas. Everything was done meticulously with love instilled in every detail. I was kept informed of every detail as the days progressed and they did a beautiful, honorable job taking care of my loved one and getting him ready. The service was beautiful and I felt free to do things in a way that honored my loved one's wishes. There was so much love, care and patience from parking til the moment everyone said their last goodbyes. Very respectful, very honorable, very human, from the phone calls, e-mails and texts til we met in person and beyond. Tony, once again, please accept my utmost gratitude on behalf of my whole family. You have been an angel sent from above. You went above and beyond everything expected and for it we are forever grateful.

Do not hire this guy! He is a terrible terrible person. He started a job in my house and then went to Nicaragua call a month and when he came back he would not answer his phone anymore. I sent him multiple text messages and phone messages. Thankfully I had a phone number for his partner who then told me he went to work in Vermont and you didn't know when he would be back. Of course this is all lies because he doesn't go anywhere without his phone, and also why did he answer the phone for his friend and not for me impact of all of this He is a really sleazy guy and she will take your money and not finish the job as he did for me.!
