Patty and Tiffany were amazing! My family had to arrange funeral services at the last minute and there was an issue with a pre-arranged contract from another county and different funeral home. They went above and beyond in helping us get the correct service and even referred us to a cremation center where we could get the same service for less money. They also offered to help us get a refund on the pre-arranged contract, even though the contract had nothing to do with Aycock!
