The overall experience was compassionate and respectful. The Urn was beautiful and exactly what my family chose. The only downside was it took over a week to get my beloved Mother out of the hospital morgue and to the crematorium due to a glitch in the electronic transfer of a signed contract for a few days which held up my mother's body from being transported to the crematorium in a timely manner. Otherwise, everything else went through without any issues and Mom is back at home until my family can make the final arrangements. I do recommend Rich's Funeral Home/Direct Crematory Services for their overall handling of my Mother's final wishes with the utmost care and respect she deserved.

No one enjoys going through times like this, but these folks are the best! I never felt rushed or hurried and was treated with such respect.
