As a family member, Directors, Kelly Fowler & Sean McRight, were caring and took care of every detail. We could not have asked for better. This was my second experience with Autry and I salute Barry Autry for building not only the classiest, most beautiful funeral home I have ever seen, but for assimilating a wonderful team to serve you. We were treated like royalty from the door greeters to the owner. As a minster, every need and desire was immediately met. The professionalism was 1st class. I probably officiate 20-25 funerals a year and in different funeral homes, but I was blown away not only with the facilities, but with the staff. Everywhere I turned, there was staff waiting to assist. They valued everyone. Great experience.

Although the staff was kind and courteous, our experience was one of mistake after mistake: Failing to tell us to order boutonnières, forgetting to place the flag on the casket during visitation, removing the flowers from the visitation room an hour early because the funeral director had the service time wrong, forgetting to fold and present the flag at the end of the service, forgetting to direct guests to offer condolences to the family at the end of the graveside service, poor communication among the staff when we called with questions or corrections to the obituary. I could go on. It was not a pleasant or smooth experience for a grieving family. I wouldn’t recommend them.
