I absolutely love the care and support that Austin and Bell in Springfield provides. They've handled the passing of both of my parents and most recently my mom. Sean is WONDERFUL and thoughtful as he's reached out regularly to check on my family and myself. This is the only facility that I'd ever let handle such emotional and difficult times such as the passing of a loved one. Thank you so much for all that you do, it truly means more than you could imagine.

I would like to thank Sean and all of the staff at Austin & Bell for their care and support when my wife passed in May. They were extremely helpful in coordinating with the funeral home in her hometown of Murray, Ky to get her there for the burial services. Sean has reached out several times to check on me and offered a source for grief counseling. Their empathy and care is very much appreciated.

The men came and got my husband early in the morning and were very kind and respectful. All the staff have been polite to me every encounter since. Thank you for making a hard time the best it could me.
