He recommended some organizations and people to contact to create a dignified service. He also provided an estimate for cost the funeral service, and I never felt I was being pressured to purchase anything our family did not want to include. On the day of the funeral, his staff was very helpful and respectful even during the chanting from the monks and burning of incense. Midtown is a beautiful, tasteful, spacious and comforting funeral home, decorated with flowers and plants. Greg, the owner, is amazing and seems to be working at all hours of the day and night. He was there to talk to us whenever we needed information or a decision. My husband of 56 years passed away just one day after we had started looking at funeral homes. But Midtown made such a positive impression in one visit that we called on them when he died. Greg handled everything efficiently and kindly. He is a very kind and caring man.
