Ken helped the family to be at ease, and helped us all plan this funeral to honor and respectfully lay our Queen (a.k.a. Mama, Abuela, Bisabuela, Tia, Hermana, y Amiga) to rest in peace. Additionally, we cannot praise Erika and Geovanni enough for their superior service following our initial planning with Ken. On the evening of our viewing and service, Geovanni went "above and beyond" to accomodate family and was extremely responsive to any requests. Separately, the "remodeled" funeral home is immaculate inside and out; funeral services were reasonably priced, and they ensured our queen was presented so beautiful for her family and friends. 5+ star in every category and highly recommended for current/future planning funeral services. Our experience with Armstrong, Garcia & McKenzie was nothing short than amazing. My FIL passed away about 3 weeks ago, and I reached out to them for his cremation. Our coordinator Erika was professional, informative and was in constant communication with me. She made this entire process effortless. Would highly recommend this mortuary.
