I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Run from this place. We received the worse service. Although the receptionist was quite nice and lovely, she was completely uninformed, we were told to return for an appointment with the funeral director, we returned only to be told that we had to go meet him elsewhere because he was too busy to come to us. Not what you want to hear when you are grieving and want to ensure your loved one is taken care of. Instead go to Schwartz Brothers nearby - it is much nicer and the staff is phenomenal.

Similar experience as the last comment, receptionist was nice,we were told to go to the next location at Merrick blvd. Rude and obnoxious funeral director . No empathy at all, since time was an issue, they got our business...way too expensive and I definitely say shop around..there are better establishments out there for the bereaved.
