I recently had to bury my little momma and I had been speaking to a person named Tyler, this gentleman helped me thru so much and it was all long distance as I was in Orlando Florida and he was in Louisville Kentucky. He helped me with everything that he possibly could until I arrived and then I finally got to meet him and put a face to the name, such a great guy. You couldn't ask for a better company (Dignity Memorial)to help you in a time like this with a loss of a loved one. They are so thoughtful of all your needs. It didn't matter what we asked about, they helped . We had plenty of coffee and water, I asked about bringing in refreshments for my family and I was told I had enough funeral funds to have things brought in, I didn't need to worry about anything. "That's what we are here for" he'd say. So if you are living in the louisvile area, or an area that has "Dignity Memorial",and Arch L Heady is a sister group to Dignity, then by all means get with this group when it comes to thinking of your family an preparing a resting place for them. You will be pleased and comforted. These are some wonderful people . So Thank you Tyler, to you all your group there at " Arch L Heady an Son" for servicing my family and making us feel welcome and at ease. God Bless you all .

Julie handled everything with such ease, and any requests were followed with a "no problem!" tacked on. Employees were always checking on us to make sure everything was OK, and all were easily accessible. It was a very nice memorial to our sister.

My brothers and I were so happy we chose Arch L Heady, in Okolona to take care of our mother. The kindness of Director Tyler Wilson, brought tears to my eyes when I picked up everything for an out of state burial as he thought of everything to make moms service special. We appreciate you Tyler!
