Ryan did a phenomenal job helping my family and I plan my mother’s funeral. We started off with a larger funeral home organization in the Des Moines area and had a bad experience. Ryan was able to turn this around and make our family feel at ease during the most difficult week of our lives. The employees at Dignity Memorial Funeral Home in Ankeny are the most wonderful people you could possibly have around in a time when you have lost a loved one. Ryan walked us through everything we had to know and was so patient and kind. He listened to everything that we wanted and didn’t want and never pushed. If we needed something special he was right there to help or find someone to do that for us. Tiffany and her team helped us with our Celebration of Life for our daughter and each of them were so kind and caring and there for anything we needed help with. I have never met any one in any business that works like this. They are excellent at what they do.
