It is clear why The Winfield Family has been a staple in Greenville forever. The level of service and professionalism was wonderful when my mom went into Hospice and quickly passed. Even when we forgot details to include in her obituary, Tom immediately corrected it. Charlene and Kayleigh were so helpful and attentive.

Very unprofessional, insensitive and rude. I had to submit my own written obituary for my father since the one they put together was the shortest and coldest obituary I had ever read in my entire life. They also caused unnecessary drama for my family simply because I was trying to help my stepmother make some decisions. So on top of grieving the loss of my father I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I understood that I was not the next of kin but I certainly wasn't trying to take over and did not deserve to be treated in the manner that I was. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they made the process of losing a loved one far more difficult.
