Our family has had to utilize Aloia's services too many times over the years and I cannot say enough about the team there. The care and comfort they provided during this very difficult time was incredible. They always prioritize what is best for my family and friends.

If i could give 10 stars, I would. First I want to express my sincere thanks to the team at Aloia funeral home. They were over the top wonderful from the moment that I called. Losing my Dad suddenly was hard enough. Andrea made the entire process a breeze. She was patient and explained everything in detail and really listened to me. Andrea is such a gentle, compassionate and kind person. My family has used aloia for many many loved ones and each time they have gone over the top. We lost our grandfather this week and decided to use Aloia for the services. At first, we felt very confident about the decision but between the days of him passing and the services — we were rushed, it was unorganized and it all felt thrown together. This was our first time planning a funeral, so we had a lot of questions. That seemed to annoy the directors. There was also minimal communication between the funeral home and church. At the church, the priest never called us up for our readings which was information we sent through the funeral home. Something that did give us relief was how our grandpa looked at his viewing. We sent photos of him before he became ill and he looked like himself again. We only hope this review can improve things for the next family who chooses Aloia. We made the best of it but overall, we were disappointed.
