**WARNING TO ALL HOSPICE FAMILIES** This place takes advantage of you financially in your time of pain and sorrow. Their prices are NOT accurate whatsoever on their hospice flyer nor their website. Both specifically mention, "no hidden fees or charges." THIS IS A LIE! Under the impression we were paying the $575 (AS ADVERTISED ON THE HOSPICE FLYER) when I called regarding his ashes I was told we had an outstanding balance. Our bill (at first) came out to $815. When I questioned Sandy (the owner) about the cost she mentioned she went over our cost with hospice and next of kin. It's been CONFIRMED that she DID NOT! Additionally, we were charged a $60 carrier fee, $20 per death cert (receipt says 1 @ zero cost and two at $20, yet we were charged $60. According to the flyer transfer within 35 miles (which he was) is INCLUDED in the price of $575, yet we were charged another $60 where it's clearly printed "Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home", yet she justifies this charge as a handwritten "home removal." Also mentioned being charged over $100 for mileage?! Mentioning the transfer fee included in the $575 she told me it was an old flyer. Pulling up her website I mentioned well your website says the exact same thing so maybe it's time you update that as well. Lastly, a 4% charge of the total bill because we paid by credit card. None of these costs are listed ANYWHERE. When my brother called to question she mentioned she spoke to him regarding the cost. He said no you didn't. Moving on, in speaking with him she never even mentioned the mileage fee of over $100 she had with me. So the price went from $815 to $785? A $30 difference? That doesn't even make sense. How does it go from $815 to $785 not being charged over $100 mileage fee? (So we basically paid the NON Hospice Patient cost of $795 minus $10.) Sandy then pointed out to my brother that, "Prices effective September, 15, 2015, subject to change without notice." My brother just paid to be done with it. Moreover, we were not asked to pay before he was cremated. My brother had been waiting for someone to call as to how this whole process works. He's the one that called to get an update and at that time told he'd been cremated and his remains were ready for pick up. We really had no choice but to pay because they had already processed everything. When I went to pick our loved one I called her out on the charges. At no time during our engagement was I verbally abusive but rather straight forward, firm, and blunt. Just as I am in this review. Clearly upset that I was confronting her she grabbed their brochure and pointed out (just as she did with my brother), "Prices effective September, 15, 2015, subject to change without notice." I said yeah, and it's 2015, 9yrs ago. You should probably update that don't you think? So it appears that's how she justifies charging additional costs. Well she was "heated" that I was holding her accountable, yelled that she wasn't going to give me the death certificates (when they came in) and said she'd refund us that portion. I said, well you already processed them so just give me the death certs, she again refused, and told me to get out of her building. I left but returned mins later and told her to process the refund and give me a new receipt. She then changed her mind and said we would get the death certificates and call me when ready. Well we got them but instead of me picking them up she mailed them to my brother in Washington state. Comical. Don't worry Sandy, I had nothing more to tell you that I didn't already say. Owning a business like this should have UP-FRONT UPDATED PRICING! Flat out! Fare and square! Point blank period! People are going through a hard enough time losing a loved one without having to deal with "all this." In ref to your reply Sandy I'm not interested in anything you have to say. You know the conversation we had, you run a shady company, and I have the receipt to prove it. CHARACTER says a lot about a person but whatever makes you sleep at night! Re your reply-YOU ARE A LIAR on so many levels! WOW

My mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and I found her in the morning. After calling the authorities she was officially pronounced as deceased. She lives in AZ and I am from OH. My mother wanted to be buried in PA. After calling the funeral home in PA, they let me know that someone from All Options Funeral Home would arrive shortly. Cassandra the owner and an additional staff member came to the house. Cassandra was very professional but more importantly extremely compassionate. She immediately removed her jewelry and personally handed it to me. I felt very comfortable placing my mother in her care. Cassandra was so kind. I was unable to express my gratitude at the time, but wish to thank Cassandra and her staff for making me feel confident that my mother would be treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff was amazing! During a very painful time the staff of All Options Funeral Home was there for my family. They were compassionate, attentive to our every need and request. Sandy Khneiger, the funeral director and owner, did absolutely everything we asked and more. The fee for their services was much lower than I had expected but there was no scrimping on the care that they provided to our loved one. I cannot say enough good things about what they did for us. I will recommend All Options to everyone that I know in need. Thanks Sandy and staff!
