Debra and her staff were AMAZING!!! From the very first moment throughout the entire process Debra was very supportive and helpful. She took the time to explain all the options and go through all the choices my Mom had already made. This is by far the best way to make final arrangement planning! I had no stress. I was able to work through the grieving process without worrying about final arrangements. The National Cremation Society took care of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. I just had to focus on me and my family. If there's such a thing as a positive experience through death, this was it. This was so smooth and stress free that I'm working with Debra on my final arrangements so my family will have the same exceptional experience.

We purchased this service in 2018 and my husband passed away in February of 2024. The service provided was even better than I had anticipated. From start to finish everything was done with compassion and caring. I never had to call for any updates or extra information. The communication from them was exemplary. I was very, very pleased that we had made this purchase in advance of needing it. It made a difficult time easier in so many respects.
