Please consider this review before selecting this funeral home for your loved ones needs..... Our experience with this group after the loss of our loved one was the worst experience I have ever had with a company, dealing with the loss of a loved one is already a very emotional time (as everyone knows) and Alexander's funeral home made a tough situation worse by their lack of UNPROFESSIONALISM. We had our loved one cremated and were supposed to be contacted promptly regarding arrangements and we waited hours with no phone call (their excuse was they had a lot of deaths, NOT ACCEPTABLE), then we were told they would call us to come receive the remains of our loved one and as days would pass they continued to blow us off and not take time to call anyone with an update. One of the ladies there was very rude over the phone.They are clearly in the wrong type of business and should be dealing with anyone who's grieving since they do not have the compassion needed to handle this type of work. ALSO our loved one should have been placed In the obituary following the death and still two weeks later, IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. It's as if our loved one wasn't inportant to them. This is a service that lots of money is paid out for and our family feels very hurt and disrespected by their actions and their lack of professionalism once again is unacceptable we feel. I hope that Alexander's will take this situation as a lesson and learn something so that they may improve, but I imagine that is the last business we will be doing with these owners, the former owners years ago were exceptional!

Truly appreciate everything that the staff did in our time of need. Everything was beautiful and so tasteful. I will highly recommend them to take care of your loved ones last needs.

For a funeral home it's fine but it's hard to rate just due to it's aura
