During a very difficult time like losing a family member, it can difficult to find things to be grateful for. I am, however, grateful for the team at Alderson-Ford. Dan Ford took an overwhelming time and made it seem okay. He was thoughtful, detail oriented, respectful and patient. My (many) questions were answered promptly and respectfully. I never once felt like a customer or a client. Instead, I felt genuine compassion and sympathy for my loss from all of the staff at Alderson-Ford.
