Although the family has used Breslin F.H. in the past, this was the first time I had to make arrangements for someone, my brother, by myself. A.J. made a difficult time much easier to bear. I found him easy to talk to and he was able and available to answer any questions. He also didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need or want. And..the large parking lot next door is a big plus.

My father passed away suddenly today. While we were shocked and traumatized we have been to many services through Breslin. His sister, Brother in law, and parents were taken care of there. Today after a series of miscommunications with the hospital, called and left message with service and no call back. Two more calls and then got call back where he yelled at me and told me to go somewhere else. I am so hurt and distraught that they didnt want to take my father I have half a mind to call the media. It was disgusting. Dont go to them. They dont want your business and they certainly have no compassion for a grieving family. They could not apologize enough to make this right. Stay away!

The presentation of this funeral home is very nice and planning with the director starts smoothly. AJ the director is professional before the check is actually In his hand ready for deposit. I have never experienced a funeral home with zero compassion for those grieving. He had the ordasity to make a remark directly to me about having an unprepared obituary for my mother. I was twenty two and so grief stricken by my mothers sudden death I couldn't form words..but I managed just fine without a typed up and formal biography as he seemed would be so easy to provide In the state my family and I were in during a week of tradgey in our lives. What I am most disgusted about is the fact AJ was unable to provide a plastic marker for my mothers burial plot; which was suppose to be provided according to him. A simple plastic stand with my mothers name so for those who want to visit can actually locate where she is resting. I called to follow up with AJ who had told me his computers were down and would have it at my mothers location that following week. Another three weeks go buy and still no marker, and I called again. I never received a phone call back. I called a 3rd time and his secretary told me she'd have him call me back regarding the marker. It is now going on 7 months since my mothers sudden death and to think a person who runs a funeral home would be on top of the little things to comfort those who were and are still grieving. I will never recommend this funeral home to anyone in regards to setting up a loved ones service. AJ the director of Breslin funeral provides nothing more then presentation upon the initial meeting but once the wake is over he is nothing but beyond inconsistent and unprofessional.
