Aftercare was a godsend. I cannot say enough about how great they were. William is the person who helped my sister and my family arrange the handling of my nephew’s remains. William was gentle, caring, compassionate and professional. He absolutely made this process a bit more bearable. The unexpected passing of my my nephew was too much to bear. At the time of his passing, he was in another state on the opposite side of the country. Everything had to be done via phone and email. William’s demeanor over the phone gave me the confidence that all would be handled well. It absolutely was. Even the way Aftercare asked and honored our preferred method of communication and frequency was excellent. We were kept informed as the process moved along.
