The staff at Affordable Cremation Services were very kind, helpful, and understanding of our family’s specific needs. They worked with us over the phone and email since we live 3 hours away. I was also able to save several hundred dollars compared to the prices at the crematory closer to where our family member lived. Lastly, their catalog of urns has a good variety of choices and we are pleased with the beautiful urn when it arrived by mail.

I lost my dad suddenly and was scrambling to find a place to take care of him. I called and spoke with Leigh. I explained I was out of town and needed to get my dad she was so empathetic and explained the packages to me, however, her main focus was getting my dad so I knew he was safe and will be taken care of. Leigh worked with me and was very professional, caring and just really kind during a difficult time. My dad was sent to me and packaged very nicely with all paperwork in an envelope.
