I simply could not have asked for a more compassionate and expeditious process than at Advantage Funeral & Cremation. Mom died late on a Thursday night and Advantage jumped right in to make the process seamless for me. Anita worked the weekend to get the documents correct and the death certificate was in my hands in exactly 7 days. Awesome communication and care. We are fairly new to North Carolina a had prepaid for a cremation service out of state and come to find out that it was cheaper at Advantage than what we already paid. A refund was promptly issued which helped out with other bills. Talk about operating with HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with Advantage. They were there in our time of need and did a phenomenal job. To both Anita & Steve- Thank you so much.

Advantage Funeral hime was professional, empathetic and experienced. They explained the process along with the why behind the process. They were very attentive to all specific details that were requested for my mom’s funeral. Steve was top notch! I wanted to also add a second review as unfortunately, my family also lost our dad 16 days later after mom had passed. Advantage Funeral home delivered yet again a very empathetic, detailed and customized experience for my dad. Steve helped to ensure that the military burial and details that are involved were a seamless process. Dad would have been so proud and I know both are at peace together again.
