We're from out of town and all initial coordination was done through the phone before I made it to California to make arrangements in person. I felt this team made things easy and straightforward, there was no up selling at any point in the process. They listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that. The funeral is a blur now, and I'm just slowly processing things but our guests complimented the venue being very beautiful and intimate; and my mom being impressed that the team understood Buddhist rituals better than we did. Thank you for making my dad's send off a mostly stress-free event.

Our brother passed away in CA and my sisters and I live in 3 difft states in the Midwest-we had no idea how to start, but Fountain valley hospital recommended this funeral home. We were really pleased at the care they gave. The only issue was not being able to get the death certificates really quickly. Obviously not the funeral home’s issue, but we were flying in for only 3 days and needed the certificates to accomplish anything. We were able to contact the county clerk and get the certificates earlier. The funeral home was kind and really eased our minds since they had to get our brothers body etc. I’ll always remember calling to see if he was transported and they said “yes he is in our care”. That meant so much!
