Advantage Aurora Chase is a wonderful experience for such a horrible situation. Jeh-nai Jackson and her staff do an amazing job!

We are very upset with the negligence of the job that was provided with our deceased family member. It was a hard time as you know, and when you pay for a service specially for a loved one, we expected more than what we received. We have pictures of the stuff that was dirty such as his clothes by his neck and his lower side, and the pillow was also dirty. There was trash inside the lower half of the casket. When they shaved him they cut his face. The shoes that were provided were not put on him. One of his eyes was a bit open also his mouth. He was leaking pink liquid through his chest. The place where we had him was nice and cool. We also noticed a very unpleasant smell upon opening the casket and throughout the body viewing. When they dropped of the body at church they were supposed to be at the service for 2 hours and they just dropped him off and left. When we went to pick up the death certificate she asked us to leave a review, if we were satisfied, but when we told her about the whole situation she just said maybe on Tuesday I'll give you a call to resolve this. She first claimed she was the manager when we contracted the services and after the complaint she said that she had to speak to a manager. We hope that with this review they can contact us and try to at least make it right some how. We also have a video when they went to pick him up at our house and the vehicle was not well prepared to carry a dead body it was a basic Chevy suburban with no way to secure the stretcher.
