My family has been coming here for several decades for many reasons. This is one of the most admirable businesses I've ever encountered. When you come into the premises, they treat you with respect and responsibly attend to your loved one's wishes. The coordination of the events and handling of all matters was above and beyond what I could hope. They also communicated every step of the way and kept me informed about what was going on. Highly recommended and probably the best in the business.

My mother-in law recently passed away. My wife and I researched funeral homes around Downers Grove and read some nice reviews about Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan. I called them and set up a meeting the same day to share our loss and review all our options during this very difficult time. We met with Terry Sullivan and he was very compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through the whole process and he shared his insights/recommendations when it came to next steps, flowers, cemeteries in the area, caskets, pictures and everything thing else we should be aware of. Terry was proactive to help us with anything we needed. We also worked with other team members at Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan including Chris, Peggy, John and Deb. All of them went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and help us with anything we needed (from arranging the flowers, helping set-up a slideshow to communicating with the church, cemetery and restaurant). I don't know how to compare Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan with other funeral homes. All I know, is they made my family and everyone who visited feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan. Your experience, professionalism, thoughtfulness and teamwork meant the world to me and my wife.
