Does anyone ever WANT to do business with a funeral service? I did not, I wasn’t ready! But, Ashley made the preparations as smooth and seamless and it could have possibly been. They went right away and got my mom from the hospital and did a good job with the set up and prep for the viewing. Ashley was professional, empathetic, compassionate and thorough. She communicated with us every step of the way. The other staff I talked with were also professional and respectful. Everything about this situation sucked! Accu-Care was amazing in handling my loved ones unexpected passing. Everything was handled from my phone. The cost was very reasonable. Ashley was very compassionate and respectful in handling everything. I requested fingerprints and locks of hair from my loved one. I chose cremation for my loved one and they have a beautiful selection of urns that were also reasonable.I highly recommend them to anyone. Very grateful as to how the viewing was handled as well. Upon picking my loved one up they displayed my loved ones urn very beautifully and allowed me time to spend with my loved one before bringing them home. It was all handled very professionally and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the compassion that was shown in this devastating time.

Ashley was professional and caring. She returned my phone calls right away and answered all my questions. I got my husband's ashes back and she told me when I was ready to have the military memorial service, she would arrange it. I left feeling confident that everything had been done right!
