Avery was outstanding! She showed sympathy but more importantly empathy after the passing of our dad. She was informative, patient and communicated well from our first meeting to weeks after the service. We needed to plan quickly and everyone at North's Funeral Home worked hard to make it happen even with slight adjustments made by us after plans had been finalized. Highly recommend!
